I hesitated with an event that's not for everyone, but sometimes, when it comes to fitness especially, a women-only event can be important. Today, any pace welcome, get out along the waterfront for a 4 to 5 kilometres with pace groups ranging from 5:45 to 7 minutes per kilometre. They make loops around the park so you can do as much as you're able to. Post-run food from Impact Kitchen if you register at the link below.
